About the Firm

Proof Positive Content is an Atlanta-based firm dedicated to providing exceptional content that helps professional service providers achieve the recognition and respect you deserve. Working closely with CPAs, consultants and other knowledge-based professionals, we create customized content that reflects your unique strengths and showcases your thought leadership.

Marketing a professional services firm is quite different than selling a product. Rather than tangible objects, your clients are seeking deep knowledge, specialized skills and trustworthy guidance. We bring over a decade of experience in helping you meet these needs and establish strong client relationships by developing content that resonates with your target audience and enhances your professional reputation.

Firms of every size located across the U.S. trust Proof Positive Content to effectively and concisely convey critical marketing messages and effectively demonstrate deep expertise in diverse subject matter areas: We work with accountants, financial advisors, engineers, business consultants, information technology providers and other specialized professional service firms.

About Sarah

Sarah Warlick founded Proof Positive Content to provide professional service firms with high-quality content that resonates with their individual audiences. Her writing appears in books, academic journals and on the websites of scores of highly regarded firms, including over a dozen of Accounting Today's Top 100 Accounting Firms.

Articles authored by Sarah frequently show up in Accounting Today, Forbes, various professional journals and other leading publications. Her work for clients has earned academic awards, inspired numerous news reports and interviews and even been presented at The Wall Street Journal's prestigious "Women In the Workplace" forum, but wherever it goes, it's under another name. Ghostwriters rarely get the glory - their clients do!

Before starting her own firm, Sarah spent several years honing her craft as the resident wordsmith at BBR Marketing in Atlanta, Georgia. During successive roles as Copy Editor and then Content Director, she built a strong reputation as a talented writer who can speak knowledgeably about the high-level subject matter these firms handle, while capturing the voice of each one and creating content that's both accessible and informative for general audiences.

In addition to writing, Sarah enjoys reading, gardening, swimming and spending time with her three children. Her fondest wish is to turn a phrase as well as her favorite author, P.G. Wodehouse, but while pursuing that impossible goal, she's also happy searching for the ultimate panang curry. To that end, Sarah and her sons lurk around Buford Highway and other likely spots, confident that they will one day uncover this culinary jewel.
